*** Offseason Training - Updated 03/03/10 ***

Our offseason training program continues this Friday, March 5th, at Northwestern University's Nicolet Football Center, which is located at 2707 Ashland Avenue in Evanston, IL. The facility is located directly south of Ryan Field (the football stadium), and west of Welsh Ryan Arena (the basketball stadium).

All players should wear baseball pants and gym shoes or turf shoes, and bring their baseball gloves. Do not bring bats. The training schedule for Friday, March 5th, is:

10, 12 Red, and 12 Black -- 7:30pm-9:00pm
13 Black, 14 Red, and 14 Black -- 9:00pm-10:30pm

Please note 13 Red is not practicing this Friday, March 5th.

BLAZE MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Glenview Blaze Baseball Program is to provide our youth with the finest instruction and the opportunity to compete at the highest levels of youth baseball.

The goal of the Blaze Baseball program is to develop both outstanding character and Baseball skills to the point where they are able to compete for a position on their high school team and should they desire, compete at the collegiate level and beyond.

The Glenview Blaze Baseball Program will also provide the focus and positive pursuit for our youth in a fun environment where both discipline and good sportsmanship are expected and rigidly enforced. It is our hope that these principles will continue to remain with each player throughout their life both on and off the baseball field.
